Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your product has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code that you can use to track your delivery in real time.
Do the products have a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects. The length of the warranty varies by product.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your order securely via online banking, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), MobilePay, and most common online payment methods. You can also pay for your order by invoice or in installments using Walley.
We only use reliable and encrypted payment services, so you can pay for your order without worry.
Can I return the product if it doesn't fit?
Yes. Products ordered from our online store have a 14-day right of return. This applies to items such as clothing, shoes and accessories, as long as they are unused, in their original condition and meet the terms of our return policy.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will usually issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs for orders are not refundable!
Do you offer a government discount?
Yes. Finnish security, defense, border and rescue authorities receive a 10% discount on almost all products .
Send a request from your official email to our email address "info@korppigear.fi" (e.g. @raja, @mil, @poliisi) and we will give you a one-time discount code for your order.
The discount is personal and does not apply to all products. For more detailed information about product discounts, please contact our customer service.
A separate quote can be negotiated for larger orders.
