The King Competition GEN 7 is a shell holder designed for 20-gauge shotgun shells, developed by world champions for competitive use.

What makes the GEN 7 better than its predecessors?

The GEN 7 is a more refined, lighter, and more durable version of the original shell holder that revolutionized practical shotgun loading. The new generation body is made from injection-molded, glass-fiber-reinforced polymer, eliminating the typical weaknesses of 3D-printed products and improving service life in demanding use.

What are the suitable uses for the holder?

Originally designed for IPSC Practical shooting, the holder is also excellently suited for SRA shooting, hunting, as well as official and professional use. The holder is especially intended for shotguns with magazine tubes, allowing for quick retrieval of 2 or 4 shells for efficient loading. The design is optimized for 12/70 and 12/76 shells from various manufacturers, and the spring-loaded structure keeps the shells firmly in place even when moving.

How is the holder designed for rapid use?

Left and right-handed versions are staggered at different angles to allow for the most natural, fast, and secure retrieval of shells from the belt. The angle of the holder can be freely adjusted 360° according to the user's preferences.

How is the holder attached and which systems are compatible?

Attachment can be done with the included Velcro strap, 6 mm bolts, or an adapter. The adapter is compatible with TEK-LOK, ELS, and similar attachment systems, and it is included with all 4-, 8-, and 12-shell models. The most secure attachment method is achieved by drilling 6 mm holes in the belt or mounting surface and installing the holder directly with bolts. Velcro attachment, on the other hand, offers a quick and easily modifiable option, but it is not as secure as bolt attachment. For narrow IPSC-type competition belts, using smaller models with an adapter is recommended.
