SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times


Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days. If an item is not immediately available, the estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week to 3 months depending on availability. Orders are primarily delivered to the nearest pickup point.

Delivery estimates vary by brand and product. They are based on supplier estimates, notifications, and previous shipments. An estimated delivery time is not a binding commitment, but a general indication.

If a product takes longer than usual to deliver, our customer service will contact you at the email address provided with the order. For a more precise estimate, please reach out to our customer service directly.

For backorders, we cannot guarantee product availability until the supplier has confirmed the order.

When ordering multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments from different suppliers at different times. Korppi Gear reserves the right to cancel an order if necessary, in which case the full payment will be refunded within 14 days.

During peak seasons or busy periods, delays beyond the standard delivery estimate are possible.

Shipping costs and methods


Products are shipped via Posti, Matkahuolto, or directly from the supplier using the supplier's chosen method.

Orders under 200 euros include a shipping fee. Orders over 200 euros are shipped free of charge.

For uncollected shipments or refused deliveries, we will charge the associated costs. These consist of the original shipping rate without any discounts, the return shipping cost, and a 10 euro handling fee.

Delivery address


Please verify your delivery address and contact details carefully before placing an order. Korppi Gear is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@korppigear.fi and provide your order number.

Delays


Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. During peak periods or exceptional circumstances, even orders that normally fall within standard delivery times may be delayed.

Damaged or lost shipment


  • Damage on arrival: photograph the parcel and its contents before unpacking, both outside and inside. Send the photos to info@korppigear.fi within 48 hours of receipt. Documentation is required to initiate a claim.
  • Lost shipment: if tracking stops updating or the shipment shows as delivered but the parcel cannot be found, contact us. We will open a trace request with the carrier and assist with next steps.
  • Any damage caused during transit must also be reported promptly to the carrier responsible for the delivery.
  • All damage and loss cases must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

Returned or undeliverable shipment


If a shipment is returned uncollected or undeliverable, we can resend the order. A new shipping fee will be charged for redelivery.

Product restrictions


The sale or import of certain products may be restricted by local laws, such as age limits, import regulations, or safety standards. Korppi Gear may cancel an order that is clearly in violation of applicable rules. The buyer is responsible for compliance with local import regulations.
