The Holosun HS507-PROMAX-RD-PRS is a top-tier open red dot sight, designed for the most demanding hunters, competitive shooters, and law enforcement professionals. It offers unprecedented speed and accuracy in target acquisition, which is critical in both competition and dynamic hunting situations. The sight's wide field of view and advanced reticle system ensure quick and intuitive aimpoint identification in all conditions.

The sight is built for direct installation on Optic Ready pistols using the popular RMR mounting standard. The optics are based on a 23 x 17 mm objective lens, which provides a sufficiently wide field of view for observation. The lens is coated with multi-layer anti-reflective coatings, ensuring optimal light transmission and a sharp image. The collimator has minimized parallax and unlimited eye relief, allowing for intuitive two-eyed aiming regardless of viewing angle.

The biggest advantage of the sight is its wide PRS reticle system, which offers a selection of red reticles. The user can choose the optimal configuration from a 2 MOA dot and 8 MOA, 20 MOA, and 32 MOA circles, as well as combinations thereof. The enlarged sight window maximizes the reticle recognition area during rapid target changes, and the forward-canted glare shield reduces overhead glare in bright outdoor conditions.

The device uses a single CR1632 battery, located in an easily accessible side compartment that can be replaced without removing the sight from the slide. The Solar Failsafe solar cell provides backup power and automatically adjusts brightness in changing lighting conditions, allowing for up to 100,000 hours of total operating time. The Shake Awake system automatically turns off the LED during inactivity and restores the backlight upon detecting movement, retaining the last selected settings. The Lockout mode prevents accidental setting changes during use.
