The Reptilia RMU Mount is a lightweight and streamlined solution designed specifically at the request of a DoD customer. This mount is ideal for raising a variety of optics, including Eotech holographic sights, Vortex Optics Amg Uh-1, and Sig Optics Romeo8t, to a fixed height, improving ergonomics when using a helmet-mounted night vision device or for those who prefer a more upright shooting position. The Rmu Mount is made of 7075-T6 aluminum and features a Milspec Type III hard-anodized finish. It attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail and provides optimal sight placement with a 0.625 inch height increase. The spring-loaded nitrided steel mount and mounting bolt simplify the installation process and sit flush with the mount body, creating a low-profile, non-stick design.
