Strike Industries ARCH-EL is a charging handle designed for .223/5.56 caliber AR15 rifles and carbines, forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and hard-anodized. The elongated and enlarged bolt catch and non-slip grooves provide a secure grip, allowing the weapon to be charged with either hand, with a single finger, or while wearing tactical gloves, even in difficult conditions.
Unlike steel bolt catches, the ARCH-EL's aluminum elongated bolt catch does not wear down the upper receiver as quickly. The aluminum construction keeps the weight extremely low, while the polished surface and ergonomic design make charging smooth and clean. Alongside the elongated bolt catch, a traditional concealed bolt catch is also available for normal use.
The charging handle fits standard-dimensioned AR15 upper receivers and replaces the standard charging handle without modifications to the upper receiver. Available in black or red from the Red Line series.
